Between him or the secretary I don’t know what was worse, paid for a expungement, that took way longer than it had to due to negligence, from him and his secretary, I was led to believe they had my case in the works, and was being lied to, I checked up on multiple occasions to see where the process was pending, and rarely got a response back within the months of this took course, to the point where I personally didn’t believe my own lawyer’s secretary and went to the court house which they informed me my case was never filed... read more
I would not use nor trust this lawyer. I paid him in cash 2 1/2 years ago and never heard another word again. I’ve tried countless times to get in touch with him anybody in his office I have not heard anything in 2 1/2 years. I cannot get my money back. I have tried. I cannot even get a phone call back I would hate to see anybody else hire this lawyer, and have him runoff with your money
Attorney Watkins was the most compassionate and honest attorney. We had a less than ideal situation, but he was willing to fight the fight we knew was appropriate. I cant thank him enough! Rachel and he are true professionals and amazing humans!
Pick a different lawyer! He takes your money and does half of what he is suppose to if you're lucky and getting in touch with them is a nightmare. I can't even get a response from them. Don't trust this lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
William Watkins took a $2500 Retainer in May 2022. He met with me once for 1-2 Minutes then left me. Watkin's never discussed/facilitated my Bail, never discussed any Pleas, no Trial within 6 Month's, Rule 600 Bail Mod Applications went unanswered. He left me incarcerated for 2 years with no meetings. He took the Retainer payment without handling anything. A few hundred Dollars is worth discussing Bail with a defendant. He owes a Refund of the retainer to my family. I wouldn't be risking my home and Restaurant to foreclosure... read more
