Got a mattress from here feb 25 2023. It has broken down already. Went to use the warranty two months ago had a man come out and tell us yes it qualified for the Warranty to come in and even exchange for a new one but if we get one more expensive we just pay the difference. So our old mattress was $519.00 our new one was $114 difference. Tell me why when we call today they tell us we owe over $300 cause it now doesn’t qualify for an even exchange.
