It really does seem like they want to find the ideal sofa for you. They want to know how you sit and how it will integrate in your space. Even with the small amount of space I have John was able to find the perfect sofa to fit my needs. The process was pleasant (there was no pressure at any time) and the pricing was fair. WILLEM SMITH isn’t inexpensive but in their market I feel like they’re a very good value. And I love my sofa.
We fell in love with the Polleras Club Chairs while overseas several years ago. I vowed to track them down for my own home one day. They are superb. Timeless. Tasteful. And provide support and comfort. And John is exceptionally pleasant to work with which made the process easy and smooth.
After suffering through so many horrible IKEA and Wayfair couches that did not stand up to 2 young kids. We decided that it was time to invest in some grown up pieces. Willem Smith is a fabulous source for furniture and other home decor. We were introduced through our interior designer and could not have been more pleased with the personal service and ability to customize the selections for our living room. The quality is exceptional and given pricing a great value. We will certainly be customers again in the future.
First and foremost, I want to state that John is a fine example of how to treat people and provide outstanding customer service. I purchased a chair and sofa from John over the winter, and after several months of use, I can confidently say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. John patiently worked with me to provide a solution to ensure that my sofa height was ideal for my seating posture and body height. I’ll easily stop back in for any future purchases, as well as recommending him to friends and family.
