What an easy experience with detailed help at every step. I rang the company to finalise print-out and spoke with Ben who had such a calming presence and was so knowledgeable. He talked me through the process successfully and easily. Would recommend Willed to everybody.... and many thanks Team :)

We decided not to proceed with our wills with Willed because of complications family situation, advised them, but $s are coming out of my account. I have sent emails and messages and no response.

I have mixed feelings about Willed. Their customer service at the start of the process was wonderful. I engaged Willed to manage the cremation of my mum,along with an upgraded urn, with no service as I was going organise something privately. I requested the ashes be posted as we were not located near the collection office. All went well until I was emailed and told to collect the ashes. I reminded them that we requested to have them posted and confirmed the postal address. We were told no problem, and they send the tracking ... read more
