Unable to even get a hold of them. I refuse to pay one red cent to them to be given my payoff amount. All other lending companys have it in black and white. Stay away, wish someone had warned me.
The worst company Stay away . It is a mission to pay off what you owe and they charge you fees . Sent them Cashiers Check and 30 days later still no one knows where my money is at . They work with Ygrene which is also a rip off company . Don’t make the mistake I did
I have requested my payoff on a loan which I told would be available on the third business day. I was charged a $50.00 fee to get my own payoff!! Today is the 3rd business day and their telling me tomorrow is when its set to be ready, I have a closing tomorrow on a loan that will pay off what I owe them, I guess they are stalling so they can get more interest on my loan.
