Melanie, Cathy and Debbie all raised their voices and Debbie literally screamed at me about bringing my dog in. He has broken ribs and I have seen other dogs in the store but I understand that. What is unprofessional is Debbie screaming and being proud of it when I complained. She said "yes I raised my voice. They all refused to give me corporate information. Their motto about if the customer isn't happy then they aren't is a total crock!
