Great facility Father is very happy there and gets looked after very well
Visited a relative at this facility, very impressed with the level of care and professional attitude of the Care Manager was very efficient and knowledgeable, easy to deal with, friendly and would recommend this facility
The majority of these reviews have been written by staff, no doubt cajoled by the powers that be, giving a falsely positive review of Willandra Aged Care. In fact, this facility is appalling and I sincerely hope anyone considering sending their loved ones to see out their final days heed my warning. To Varun and Staff Firstly thank you for the great and caring service you have all provided for my mother. My mother Effie has been in your facility for over 2 years my brother and I were skeptical about placing her in a home due to mum having dementia we had no choice but I must admit the wonderful staff have made her feel so welcoming and settled in her new environment I can not thank them enough.
