Called up Will ride to see if they had a bike I was keen on and spoke to Jack who’s customer service was excellent. Was able to accommodate the urgent requests I needed and get it out the door shipped to me. Very impressed from start to finish for the whole transaction. A very professional outfit.
More than a bike shop, Will Ride has embedded itself as a biking community hub. I’ve learnt a few more things about MTB maintenance and skills even though I’ve been involved in the sport for a long time. Great service and great products.

Super happy with the service and friendlyness of everybody in the shop! Chill vibe and thanks Nathan for getting an awesome deal on my Levo! He was happy to listen to me about bike setup too which was a great help. Can’t recommend enough. And letting me not only sit on different sizes but take them for a ride was a great help! 2 years later, thanks Jack for putting the extra touch of pink stickers on my little girls helmet because pink helmet was sold out everywhere.
