Needed a suspension upgrade, they done my other MTB a few years ago, so went back. It wasn’t a straight forward upgrade but they made it happen. I was kept updated though the process of ordering parts and getting an appointment. It was all I could think about leading up to the event and was very excited. Will Ride were very helpful and understanding to my needs. It made my experience very good.
Good balance’s advice got us into the right bikes (a pair of Vado SL EQ 5s). Service all the way to a patient delivery / handover…:-)
