I felt hurt and embarrassed that the clerk couldn't support anything I was trying to do today even when I have mental health issues but the judge and my public defender are both great on my case
When I submitted to them and asked them need to request for sign language interpreter because I’m deaf for this case relation with license plate expired and want me to go to court date on October 1 or 2, 9am morning I refused to show up without interpreter that’s against by the law I knew my rights also I already updated renewal with my registration up to date well done so I have proof
Truly concerned with the lack of empathy for the cross eyed lady who works with Order of Protections. Turned me away and offered zero help bc my harasser is homeless. “We need an address - how would we serve them.” To which I replied that my town’s police department said it would go to that county’s sheriff. To which she replied no that’s not true and it just went back and forth. The police department and officer up front said so.
