Security to enter, (will county sheriff) are completely rude. They assume you can't read, talk to everyone in line as if they are criminals. Their egos are bigger than any case going on in the court room. The only nice person I have encountered in my many trips here is the jury service lady. Complete overhaul of personal and operating procedures, might make this place a little more tolerable. No signage to guide you, and Security refuses to answer questions about where to go. The Prosecutor and the Judge in room 101 were both understanding of my situation! I brought in any and every type of proof and receipt to state my case and they dismissed my case!

Fast forward a year and a half later and over a dozen Court visits I've been failed by both Judge Antoinette Granholm and Judge David Garcia who was literally transferred to the River Valley Juvenile Court less than a month after he disrespected me and declined to hear anything I had to say after driving 4 hours to court in uniform for him to not even look at my face when I spoke because I was self-representing it is an absolute tragedy that after 15 years of active duty service I come back and have a court date only to show... read more
