I'll start by saying, This shop must not be needing work like many other shops are right now. I replaced the entire front end on my vehicle, and went to Wilks for a front end alignment and tire rotation. I mentioned the parts that I replaced and asked them to look it over and tighten anything during the process. Three hours later, I get a call saying that they could not perform the alignment due to "loose bolts" but expected me to pay for a tire rotation, and I did pay, before my alignment was completed? Tried to sale me services I did not need over $300 when to a different Goodyear store OK tires very nice cost $30 pays to get a second opinion … complete lie , no nail refused to rotate tires said tire needed to be replaced because it was out of line.. good try to cover up your crooked business… grade you a F , don’t lie ..
Made an appointment and got right in on time. Great customer service. The counterman was very friendly.
