I gave my tax info to Chuck on August 8th- nearly 3 months ago. I have called dozens of times, left messages, and have received no info on my 2024 taxes ( we filed an extension) The few times Chuck did answer, there were always " a couple ahead of me." Now, I am past the filing deadline and assume I need to call the IRS and let them know that my 2024 taxes are in limbo. Previously, everything was fine. I am unsure why his service has gone downhill
