Nice little shop but shame about the lady who was working on Tuesday afternoon. I purchased something that was tagged as $13.95. But I saw the staff secretly taking the price tag off without mentioning anything about the price difference, when I got out and saw the receipt it was $19.95. I couldn’t be bothered to go back and say something, but it would’ve been nice to get some clarity on why it’s charged more. Lovely shop. Shame the woman on the till was so extremely rude and was really dismissive when asked a question. Regretted spending money there and definitely won’t be going in there again.
My boyfriend and I were visiting from London, and my sister was showing us this little shop. We got talking to Corrie and Mark, and ended up chatting for 20 minutes. The definition of good customer service. Such lovely people - would highly recommend visiting this shop if visiting Melbs!
