great facility with a tonne to offer. between the Gym itself an all other offerings for general well being, Wilkie is a great space to look into.

I found Wilkie Wellness in the spring of 2024. I found new experiences and new fitness approaches. Wilkie Wellness is such a welcoming environment and brings me so much joy and peace. We are extremely lucky to have this gem right in our community along with the instructor's.

Just wrapping up the October Wellness Challenge and feeling grateful for the opportunity it gave me to experience a variety of classes and instructors. Each class offered its own level of comfort and challenge and all left you feeling balanced and refreshed. The cold aromatherapy cloth at the end of each class is a refreshing treat. Can’t wait for the next challenge to come!

So grateful to have this space in Lumsden. Instructors are very kind and create a welcoming environment. Absolutely love both the yoga and sculpt classes. Good for mind, body and soul!
