I am very thankful to have this Centre in Lumsden. The care and commitment to a holistic wellness experience shines through the moment you walk in the door. Clean and aesthetically pleasing with welcoming and pleasant staff. Well planned classes made to suit any fitness level will challenge you and the passionate and dedicated instructors here make every class more than just a physical work out. 🧘♀️ It's a wonderful community with plenty of offerings. Wilkie wellness and the instructors are so kind, welcoming, and inclusive to all fitness levels. The embodied sculpt workouts are incredible.. the best way to not only get in an amazing workout but also to leave with a clearer mind and open heart!
The way they've used the small space makes sense. They have so much equipment in here that you truly can accomplish any exercise you want! Plus, providing there isn't a class, there's a large room for the shy exercisers or the walking lungers.
