Their internet service has been unreliable and disappointing, but what pushed me over the edge was their shady auto-renewal policy. They automatically renewed my contract without any clear notification or easy way to opt out, locking me in against my will. Horrible horrible company!! Rates nearly doubled in the past 2.5 years. Constant outages, which is a deathblow to restaurants. Last outage lasted a whole weekend! Early termination fee is equal to the regular monthly rate till the end of contract. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
