I’ve been using WiLine’s phone service for almost two years now, and my experience has been mostly positive. I’m honestly surprised by how many negative comments there are especially since most of them seem pretty old. From what I’ve seen, the current WiLine isn’t like that at all.
Rates increased constantly; started at 175 and is now 260. They have multiple ways of locking you into a contract. Horrible customer service from the start. Stay away! Run! Ended service in 2024; they took $200 plus from my account and have yet to pay me back... it is 2026.
I’ve been with Wiline for almost three years now, using their phone services, and I honestly haven’t had any issues. Based on my experience, some of the negative reviews here feel a bit misleading. Before wiline, I was with T-Mobile, and my experience there went from amazing to really frustrating over time.
