I have no confidence in this firm, particularly Mark N. He does not instill any confidence. He made repeated simple errors with large repercussions, despite telling him pertinent information. It required me to review the work. Then when you call them and ask they don't own the mistakes and tell you they will file an amended return with NO follow through. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find a more reputable accountant.

We used Sharon Schloss the last couple of years and are moving on. We had to manage the financial repercussions of a major error in her work which she refused to acknowledge. Communication was also poor and unprofessional.

I have been using Sharon Schloss and Kyle for years. Highly recommend this firm. The fur-babies even love coming to the office!
