I am disappointed in the level of customer service I am getting. I had called for a fairly simple question about what tax range I am in and need help with understanding of how much I need to withhold for some transfers for retirement. I have called two to three times in the last 3 days and have not been able to get anybody to help me. I have been told that I am a low priority than other clients so I will get a phone call back at her earliest convenience. It's been 3 days and I'm still not able to get a reply. If I could give no stars I would. First had tax questions & was told they didn't know the answer. I turned in everything they would need for taxes well before April. We still haven't received them I've been emailing get no response. I have left messages to get no returned call. This used to be a good place this year I'll look for somewhere else.
I have had my taxes done by this firm for years and am very pleased. They are through, take the time to explain everything they are doing, listen to questions and display the highest level of professionalism. Their knowledge and expertise are top notch. I don’t plan to ever do my own taxes again and I will take them no other place but here. I highly recommend!
Awesome people always very helpful
I'm a new customer and will be returning every year from now on. Eli got all my tax stuff taken care of quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Update for tax year 2020: Eli is no longer there, our preparation fee doubled from last year, and it took about 7 weeks to get our taxes done. Still happy with the service, but will probably find a more affordable place next year or just do them myself.
