Dissatisfied!! I found Mr. Hatem on an internet search for CPA, met him on 2/11/2011. In retrospect, based on his extremely disorganized and messy office, I should have taken my info and ran out the door. We reviewed my information, he was to file my taxes electronically. Although I was astounded at the cost of his services I agreed. The following week he called me and said he needed our adjusted gross incm from '09 to file it electronically.
