Very unprofessional. My daughter was supposed to have an evaluation here today. We sat and waited for over 15 minutes. Two of the staff members came out with another child and they would not even acknowledge us. We continued to wait until a few minutes past our scheduled appointment time. A lady finally came out and seemed confused by us. Apparently our appointment was supposed to be canceled and changed to another day. I was never informed of this. Ms. Maggie is the BEST! My 20 month old has been seen by her for about 8 months now. I had some concerns regarding unintegrated reflexes and transitions, along with sensory needs, and she was extremely receptive. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Spot on and their incredible team, especially our son’s SLP, Ms. Caitlin. When we first came to Spot on Therapy, our son was struggling to communicate. We've been coming to Wiles Therapy for almost 2 years, having OT sessions with Ms. Kara. The staff is friendly, the owner is absolutely lovely, and Ms. Kara is beyond a shadow of a doubt the best therapist my kiddo has ever worked with.
