Wish I could give 0 stars. I scheduled appointments online through the company's website/booking site vagaro for a facial and massage earlier this week for today 10-9-2024 w/ appts start time of 10am. A credit card deposit was required to book the appointments. A couple of days went by and the status of my appointments continued to reflect need acceptance by staff (Kelly and Carrisa). My husband purchased a spa package from Wildwood on 10/2/2024 for my birthday-I’ve attempted to contact them for a week and a half in order to schedule. No availability online, no response to phone calls/messages, Facebook messages or Instagram. I then found on 11/2/2024 that they changed their website to reflect they were officially closed after 17 years (close date of 11/1/2024). Owners make employees use expired products and the owners steal money from their own employees pay checks.
Very nice ambiance. My aesthetician Clarissa was very courteous & knowledgeable. Update: They are still amazing!
My husband and I got the Twos Company massage and facial for our anniversary. Shelby has the hands of an angel!! She did an amazing job with our massages!! Carissa did our facials and she did a superb job! It was my first facial and I was so pleased. I fell asleep a couple times with both the massage and facial!! We will definitely be repeat customers!
