The owner’s customer service skills are lacking on all levels. My brother mistook an item as a package and the person working the store watched him load everything not knowing any different than he did. We got down the road and got a call from the owner stating we had STOLEN a dresser from her and needed to bring it back it pay for it. REALLY! We stole it?!?
