This was my first experience with wildlife solutions. Michael was very friendly and professional during our initial discussion. He accommodated my schedule by rearranging his to get out to my site to investigate a potential Bat infestation. Michael called me in route to make sure that I was on premises and updated me with his time of arrival. Superior customer service! Returned my call right away and was at my house very quickly. Extremely knowledgeable about what they do. Also very understanding (especially since it was 1am) about my concern about a wild animal inside the crawl space of my house.
