“No no no, you did everything wrong” was the way the conversation began with whoever answers the phone for this business. She was so helpful. She advised me on what to do and where to take an adolescent yellow belly sapsucker that fell out of its nest (no momma bird to be found for hours). Thanks for your help, I can tell you really care about animals. :)

I don't know the name of the woman who answered the phone because she never bothered to tell me. I called in an attempt to do the right thing by a wild animal I found in my yard but was met with condescension and a very curt response. I see no reason to be rude to someone who's trying to do the right thing by trying to seek out a professional's assistant.
