Sandra has been a wealth of information and has helped me through so many things just in a short period of time. I highly recommend her for any hypnotherapy needs you might have.
Sandra changed my life. I started doing hypnotherapy with Sandra back in 2021 and who I was when I walked in then, and the person I am today are two completely different people. I was an individual who was desperate for relief in any form from my depression and anxiety, I was a shell, and when I walked into Sandra’s office I felt an instant warmth and compassion from her that cant be explained only felt. She truly cares about others. If you’re on the fence about it just trust me.
I came to the grand opening and it was full of happy clients. It’s a beautiful place , especially Sandra and her employees I will come again for sure
I loved the drums that we did when we worked on my anger and it was a very good and fun way to express my anger and frustration. I would really recommend going to her.
Absolutely love Sandra. She's helped me through some tough times with medication induced anxiety, Insomnia, and stomch issues. I don't know how I would have gotten through it all without her. I now have all sorts of tools to use. And the best part is that I can now meditate fully Thank you! 🫂
