When I contacted Ethan at Wildfire HPV, back in 2010 or so, I was looking for my first bike. I had never been able to successfully ride a bike even as a kid. Growing up in the country, I had always wanted to ride a bike to be able to get around with my friends. However, whenever I tried, I ended up falling over and injuring myself. Since 2006 I've purchased four recumbent tricycles from Ethan, and he has consistently done a great job ensuring my satisfaction with each purchase. In particular, the Steintrikes he sells offer a great value in full suspension and tandem models.

I bought a new Catrike Villager from Ethan. He did a good job of fitting and adjusting it for me. When I later had questions he was always available and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the Trike. He was very easy to deal with. I could take it to a local shop for servicing, but my experience is that Trikes require specialized expertise. Ethan has that expertise. I am confident in his work and knowledge. Highly recommended.
