The service and quality of care is always top notch and their professional is always there. They truly care and treat me like family but never skip critical care and follow up. Appointments are always on time and they make extra efforts to ensure quality and comfort
They always greet me by name as if they have been waiting all day just for me and I FINALLY arrived. Their staff always does the extra checks and procedures and while I have been a long time customer, they still don’t skip steps or ignore what is important. Julie’s mission of how she wants clients treated comes thru in every interaction I have in this office.
I had both eyebrow tattoo removal and IPL treatments done at Wildfire Aesthetics and had a great experience. Dr. Gunther and Shannon were both knowledgeable and professional, and Lisa at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The whole team made the process smooth and comfortable.
Everyone who works there is super sweet and helpful. I got my lips done by Shannon and she was great! After she explained to me the options I went with 1 syringe in my lips, and I'm super happy with them already ! Freaking phenomenal experience with Dr. Gunther!! Her equipment is the absolute best. Because she is a doctor she is able to lidocaine inject before tattoo removal and I was blown away, I didn’t feel a thing! Her bedside manner, 10/10! She spent 30 mins answering all of my questions on both my brow and tattoo removal. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. I will refer people to only her for any laser treatments.
