This is a fraudulent business. It is not possible to list how dishonest they are. But it's the same as everyone else's experience. No tracking details and no response after the order. My order from December 2023 never arrived. Not much more to say other than this is an out and out scam.
I'm honestly at my wit's end with this company. Ordered items in April 2023. Still not received in June 2024! I've been told a number of different stories - 'my order is coming', or 'my tracking number has gone missing', or more along those lines, but I'm still waiting. I requested a refund at the start of 2024, however was told my order would not be refunded as it was 'in transit'. But I'm still waiting! At first, I had great communication from Mish. After payment, communication started to decline. I reached out to Mish and raised my concerns. After some time my concerns were addressed and I was informed of the delay and unlike other companies I actually received an apology. I was impressed by the response back and the communication. At the end of the day I was spoken with as a human that understood rather than a consumer that did not understand logistics and supply.
