This is my third year using them. Last year they made a huge error and I had to catch it and have them redo it before filing. I decided to give them one more chance and boy was I sorry. I met with Dan personally to give him our files and he told me it would be ready in two weeks. It ended up taking eight full weeks which put us filing less than 24 hours before the irs deadline. Jean Hess was awesome. This group not so much. My elderly mom had her taxes done this year and was told she would get a refund. We called when we never got it. Our accountant Sean said he would check into and we heard nothing. Then mom got a IRS notice saying she owed money. I was told the office was closed and to put the notice in the drop box and they would take care of it. Crickets!
