They really don't want walk-ins. The guitars on display seemed very nice, but they not so subtly hinted that I should walk over to guitar center and leave them be.
Had a great experience picking out a guitar at Wild West! Leroy was a pleasure to talk to, very generous with his time and happy to get out lots of guitars that I was curious about comparing.
I bought my dream guitar from Wild West yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Leroy helped me out, and he was an absolute joy to work with. Their website and photographs are top-notch, and just be sure to call ahead and schedule a time to check out your desired axe. Support this great business, you won’t be disappointed!
Horrible service. I ordered a guitar, and it’s been over a month and a half — they still haven’t shipped it. They don’t respond to emails, and when I call, it’s always an answering machine. No refund either. I will be filing a complaint with my bank against this store.
