I bought my dream guitar from Wild West yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Leroy helped me out, and he was an absolute joy to work with. Their website and photographs are top-notch, and just be sure to call ahead and schedule a time to check out your desired axe. Support this great business, you won’t be disappointed!
Horrible service. I ordered a guitar, and it’s been over a month and a half — they still haven’t shipped it. They don’t respond to emails, and when I call, it’s always an answering machine. No refund either. I will be filing a complaint with my bank against this store.
Felt super lucky to be out here, just hanging and chatting with folks. You can’t find a Fender with a jacaranda fingerboard back home. When I got back, I talked to a guitar tech—turns out even PRS only ships with CITES certification in Japan. Kinda wild how complicated it all gets.
First class all the way. Of the five shops I visited on a recent trip to LA, they were the BEST! I've been seeing their short videos almost daily and felt like I already knew them. It was super easy and convenient to make an appointment with Glenn. He took a lot of time with me and let me try a number of their "White Lightning" strats. My only issue was that I wanted to take them ALL home. The deal was incredibly fair and Glenn shipped it for me the same day. It arrived on its 3000 mile journey in great shape.
Incredible shop. Leroy really took care of me allowing me to play through inventory. Definitely check it out!
