She cancelled 3 times before I was able to get a refund. Each time with a different excuse and no communication prior to me already being at the shop.

Got a gift card for this place for Christmas and after trying to book online and my appointment getting denied in January, I tried texting back and forth with the owner/operator for the last 2+ months, which resulted in many of my messages being completely ignored, or Aimee would say she would get back to me about an appointment time (and never did), or she would suggest a time and then not follow through with actually booking me for that time. Three is being courteous. When you book online it tells you who you booked with. When I get to my appointment I see that I am with someone completely different and for someone like me that makes me very uncomfortable. Online it has one price and at the end of my service I was charged more than what was listed. a little off putting to have cigarettes cellophane all over your massage room.
