Three is being courteous. When you book online it tells you who you booked with. When I get to my appointment I see that I am with someone completely different and for someone like me that makes me very uncomfortable. Online it has one price and at the end of my service I was charged more than what was listed. a little off putting to have cigarettes cellophane all over your massage room. Scheduled a massage and merchant cancelled the appointment three times. I was required to pay a deposit for the service which had had to be disputed with my credit card company since I did not receive service. The first time the appointment was cancelled was the day before stating she wanted to visit her grandma. The second time was the hour before the appointment stating she got in a small car accident. The third time got cancelled the hour before the appointment again without explanation or offer to reschedule.
