Super friendly and helpful with picking my first pair of cowgirl boots!
Sylvi reshaped my fur felt hat. He listened and offered great feedback to come up with the perfect look and he executed perfectly! He also helped me find a couple hats for my two girls. I had a chance to check out the store and there's a really big selection for a smaller place. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, both the staff and other customers.
Silviano takes customer service seriously. :) I wasn't sure I purchased the correct size boots at an event where they were vendors. He's been super easy to communicate with and responsive on a potential exchange.
