Jessica is highly recommended. Just attended my second sound bath session and will continue to do so. She sets such a nice scene and her voice is soothing and next level. Do yourself a favor and book now.
The most amazing relaxing experience. Any tension the body may be feeling just disappears and is replaced by an all encompassing warm calmness. Would highly recommend these wellness sessions.
What is there not to love and fall in love with at the Wild Spirit Wellness Studio. I have attended workshops here, had treatments and also taught workshops here myself. The space is a haven of tranquility and self-care. As beautiful as the space is - Jessica is truly a beautiful human who shares her wonderful gifts with those she meets. Every experience I’ve had at The Wild Spirit has been phenomenal. Jessica has a very gentle and caring way of holding space for you, wherever you’re at. I know this might come across as overly dramatic but her cranial sacral and sound healing treatment was life-changing! For real.
