They SUCK! Sold me counterfeit Snoop Dog pen. Wouldn't do a damn thing about it even w email from Grenco Science stating it was a counterfeit.
I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Their customer service is horrible. I bought an Atomizer replacement after being told it was a genuine part. It stopped working 3 days later. They told me to come in since I had only had it a short time so that it could be worked out. I wasted a trip, they said that they could not replace it because I had used it, how would I know it didn't work if I had not used it?
