feel bad for this shop with all the crazed homeless people running rampant inside and outside the shop. does portland allow homelessness like this all the time? had to step over a guy's legs on the sidewalk to get to the door. clientele inside made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, same for my car parked out front. thanks and good luck but this is just nutso.

Edit: I didn't leave my remark before but here it is, so it can be seen This location, I have been to multiple times for over a year. I have stopped going a few weeks ago because your staff have been absolutely nasty towards me and a friend. I have had experience where I saw a trans individual handing homeless people money out of the tip jar. I went here just for a cheap pipe as I flew in from out of state. I announced as I came in "I just need the cheapest pipe you have" and the girl at the counter started rapidly attempting to upsell me. Must be going out of business. She asked if I wanted to buy weed. I said, "I thought smoke shops couldn't sell weed" and she then tricked me into buying Delta-9 variant TFC and sold it to me as if it was THC (real weed). $50 for a quarter.
