Fast process, extremely nice staff
I was so impressed by Dr. Nicuta Gairns. She is a fabulous and remarkable audiologist—knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, and caring. The first time I met her was on January 12, 2023. I took my client there for a hearing assessment. My client had a pair of very old and broken hearing aids, and no one had the history of his hearing situation due to a change of clinic. Experience and care wrapped up in a cheerful atmosphere
Great atmosphere. I was treated with kindness, dignity and respect. Seasonal allergies make my ears seriously itchy, so I came in for a check-up and cleaning. Staff member was gentle and offered good direction for my personal needs. Going to the Doctors can be intimidating for some but places like this make that experience so much better. It was more of a mini spa treatment for my ears. :) Thanks Wild Rose, you’ll be……hearing from me next time I’m in need of Audiological assistance.
