I’ve been a client of Wild Rose for 5 years. The owner, Nicuta, and her team are fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic… would give them 10 stars if I could!
Receptionist is horrible, doesn’t know how to work their daily payment system. Came here to get my son’s hearing aids for the first time. Making me do all sorts of payment methods. When she could have just took my card details the entire time. I had to do 3 different transactions for no reason. Because she had no clue on what to do. Making me think we would have to leave my child’s hearing aids there. Because of her stupidity I had to rip them out and leave them the first time to go call my bank.
