Today I went here. I had a wax buildup removed from my ear by Ashley. She was a wonderful person very kind and considerate. I left there feeling instant relief from my pain. Her coworker Laura was also helpful. All in all, good people here that genuinely want to help people, not just as customers
Waste of time. Came for CBT and TRT for my Tinnitus and all they did was offer a hearing aid like noise masker. Therir website is full of misinformation.
Bad reception. Not helpful. Abrupt and has no knowledge of anything. A calling center would do better. Try Costco for better service and lower prices, as I just did.
I went in to get a hearing test and custom ear plugs made for work. I didn’t catch the name of the lovely lady that works the front desk, she was kind, efficient and process orientated. Janice was the audiologist I worked with. She explained what she was going to do and ensured I understood what to do, explained the results and kept up the conversation while we were processing molds for the ear plugs.
