⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My parents recently moved into Wild Rose and after lots of initial hesitation, they’ve adjusted incredibly well. The smaller size of the facility means they receive the proper care, attention, and support they need, without feeling lost in the crowd. The staff here are exceptional. Krish, the general manager, is always on top of any issues and runs the home with professionalism and genuine care. Moving to Wild Rose was a difficult transition for my mother, as the decision for her to leave her home of 68 years was made by her doctors. She has been at Wild Rose for about six months now. She has adapted to the change surprisingly well. She has always been well cared for by all the staff and the support I have gotten has been great, too. My father has been living here just over a year now and he's very well taken care of by all the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make his life more comfortable, from nail care, to exercise classes, medical support, to maintenance and all the small things they do to bring support to residents and ensure that they are happy, have companionship and great food as well.
Thank you so much for providing a safe and caring place for my mother to live. There are lots of activities for her to enjoy and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Wildrose is a very nurturing community where each resident feels welcome and included. The food is good and the Chef even provides fresh baked cookies for special events. We appreciate the good communication from the General Manager and the willingness of all Optima staff to work with us in ensuring our Mom is happy and healthy in her Wildrose home.
Wildrose has been an incredible experience for my dad. After my mom passed, we knew he needed a place where he could be social, enjoy healthy meals, and still maintain his independence — and Wildrose has delivered on all of that and more.
