Cozy spot. Lovely space for a sauna and soak if you’re visiting and need to warm up.
Had a great massage from Carrie with lots of focused attention on problem areas in my neck and shoulders. Beautiful space and very relaxing.
The BEST massage EVERrrrrrrrrrr. Liz is completely magical. Seriously my body feels one million percent better since I started going, and I have a very physically demanding job. Since I started going to Liz for massage, I have not had to go home early or miss any days due to something hurting, like my shoulders or hips, back ,knees, ETC. Yes parts of my body do get sore, as I'm 43 years old now and have worked construction since the early 2000s. I'm telling you she has magical healing powers. 10/10 highly recommend 👌
