Service used to be better Need to improve on customer service Chicken freshly cooked just out of cooker although chicken was dry
Won't be eating here ever again after seeing this place listed on the name and shame register, the NSW food Authority fined them in March 2025 for having pests in their shop...... disgusting
I grew up in the area and came here since I was a kid. The original owners were great then they sold it off to some Chinese people and the food wasn’t as good. I came back recently craving hot chips and there’s new Indian owners. Very lovely people and boy have they brought the food up to a high standard! Chips are super fresh and crunchy, I asked for extra chicken salt and it was well seasoned. Very generous servings I got medium and it’s massive only $6.50. Liars and unhygienic. This place used to be amazing. Now It's extremely dirty. Food is dry and chips tasted stale. Thier halal certificate expired years ago. I pointed that out. The so called owner came out to check but did not bother to take it down. He left it their to fool people. Their food is not halal but they shamelessly lie to their customers. Avoid this place.
Ameed has the best chooky in town not to mention so so friendly and humble. I highly recommend wild rooster to anyone wanting a succulent chooks and salads are absolutely divine.YUMM.
