Very rude, asked for shimano parts, they asked what bike they were for, then took a stance that they did work on those bikes.... did not ask them to work on the bike, just wanted parts. Owner trying to defend his bad choices, never asked for service help only wanted parts. pedal-assisted electric bikes (e-bikes) are legal in Tasmania and treated as standard bicycles if they meet specific power and speed requirements. Went in and spoke to Glenn he gave me all the information and took the time to make sure I got the right bike. Went in not knowing what i wanted ended up with a bike that suited my needs.
Picked up last minute things here before the Tassie Trail. Super friendly and helpful, had everything I needed. Advice given about the trail proved entirely accurate and without it would've suffered across a couple water crossings
