Trauma-informed somatic psychotherapy & counselling, nature therapy, meditation and Somatic Inquiry. I take a depth approach to guide people out of suffering into the freedom, authenticity and truth that is their birth right. From addiction, depression, anxiety, existential crisis and old trauma to spiritual emergency and soul encounter. I am co-founder of the Blue Mountains Men's Circle and run nature retreats for healing and depth work in the wilderness of Dharug country.
