I'm sorry to say, this was a bad massage. It was very painful (and not in a good way), the movements were too rapid, therapists nails were too long (she also didn't smile or anything when I entered). The whole thing left me feeling more stressed than when I came in 😐 at least the place was clean.
Massage therapist was too firm despite being asked for less pressure and was constantly rubbing her elbow into me. Thought about leaving midway due to how painful it was. Did help with the pain though. Ambience is not great. Booths, not closed private rooms. Edit: tried them again. Different staff member, same experience. Put way too much weight on me when walking. I came in today and had the most amazing experience from start to finish, Sofia gave me the best massage ive had in years and was kind and polite the entire time. I will be a returning customer for many years
