The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and discreet. The store atmosphere is very comfortable with an abundance of items to choose from.

The women in the shop were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Im a little "extra" lol and they handled it with grace! Thumbs up to this amazing store!!!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in which made us feel comfortable enough to ask questions, which we don’t normally do at other stores. Tania was super helpful and all questions were answered!! Would definitely recommend coming here than any other place in Kelowna simply for their knowledge and inviting atmosphere. 11/10 service!
