Not a great experience at all. The massage lady walked into the room unannounced when I was undressing without knocking. She did not ask where I needed the massage most and did not ask about pressure. The pressure was so hard, that I had to ask her several times to ease up since I was in pain. She got annoyed and started telling me I need a physio. She found all the tight spots without me even having to say anything, and her technique was both relaxing and deeply effective. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely cared for.
