Dr. Sonja is so knowledgeable and grounded. She immediately helped me feel comfortable and I learned things about my body I didn't already know. She not only took the time to get to know me, but she also took the time and care to ensure I understood what was happening with my body. I highly recommend her for all of your women's health needs - periods, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause/menopause!
Sonja introduced me to acupuncture and Chinese medicine a few years ago and I’m so thankful! She pours her heart and soul into each client and listens to your needs diligently. I trust her guidance fully as she focuses on bringing my body to the healthiest state possible. Her space is warm and welcoming and I always leave feeling so refreshed and encouraged. Could not recommend her more!
Dr Sonja is so kind, genuine, and an intuitive healer. As a chiropractor, I really am intentional about finding the best people to refer my patients to, and Dr Sonja doesn’t miss the mark. She has treated me all along my pregnancy (actually the first person I told 🥰) and has become a dear friend along the way. Would recommend for anyone even the outskirts of Minneapolis because her care can’t be beat and worth the drive

When I first started seeing Dr. Sonja in March 2024, I was at my lowest point. Just having my 4th miscarriage, my mental, and physical health were completely depleted. Now, 3 months later after an easy to follow treatment plan, including acupuncture appointments, and food therapy, I can say I am feeling the best I have felt in two years. Dr. Sonja listened to every word, concern, question I had. Dr. Sonja’s approach is more than I had ever expected.
