My mother and I booked the yoga + meditation class and I must say it was great! From when we arrived and greeted through the duration of the class. The owner/instructor Rachel was amazing. The class was paced for everyone’s individual needs and it was a smaller setting which I also felt made it more intimate. I cannot say enough about this yoga studio. It’s an intimate, relaxing space. There’s so much to learn here besides yoga. I had the pleasure of meeting Rae who also did a reiki healing on me. I felt very comfortable with Rae almost like we were old friends. A definite must for everyone in search of self healing and learning to just breath.

Everything about this space emits healing! Wild Hearts Healing Arts is such an intimate studio were you’re guaranteed to feel safe and heard. Rae’s energy is synonymous to her name, a beauty Ray of sunshine and healing energy. Her classes and workshops are that little thing at the end of my day that drives me forward and that I always look forward to!

I've had reiki session with Rae twice now and I can't recommend her enough. I always leave feeling more clear headed, grounded and guided. Her intuitive messages are always spot on.
