A beautiful wellness community, where all feel welcomed. I had the most incredible reiki experience from Rae, and enjoyed several other offerings and classes (Yoga, meditation, cacao ceremony ect)… Workshops feel intimate and personal. I leave feeling whole and grounded every single time!

Such a wonderful space to attend classes, workshops and healings. I felt so welcomed. I also was embraced warmly when I started to offer classes as well. Highly recommend

My mother and I booked the yoga + meditation class and I must say it was great! From when we arrived and greeted through the duration of the class. The owner/instructor Rachel was amazing. The class was paced for everyone’s individual needs and it was a smaller setting which I also felt made it more intimate. I felt a difference walking out I felt more relaxed and more of myself than I had been feeling upon entering. I can definitely say that this is a great gem. I cannot say enough about this yoga studio. It’s an intimate, relaxing space. There’s so much to learn here besides yoga. I had the pleasure of meeting Rae who also did a reiki healing on me. I felt very comfortable with Rae almost like we were old friends. A definite must for everyone in search of self healing and learning to just breath.
