Update 7/31/2026: still don’t have our wedding video or refund from our wedding in 2024. She is a local bartender, last time we saw her she assured me she has the video and will send it to me. Never did. Please be so cautious if you decide to move forward. Not an honest person to trust with your memories or special day.
Updated 1/8/2025: still do not have my video or a refund. Multiple other women have come forward and said she has done the same thing to them since my wedding. It has been 2.5 months since Jen Peters met us in the gorge for family photos. She said the photos would be delivered digitally within a few weeks. We are very laid back and didn't mind waiting awhile, we were just hoping to get a few photos we could print and hang on our walls. Jen has since disappeared and stopped responding to texts and emails. Her communication is horrible. It’s been five and half months and she still has not completed/ given us our wedding video. She has given us multiple deadlines for when she will give it to us and then does nothing. At this point she has stolen our money and has completely stopped answering my calls/ texts. We would never recommend her to anyone.
My husband and I got married last October and we still do not have our wedding video. She final finished our photos four months after our wedding, but they were not all edited and we felt she missed a lot of key moments. Her communication is horrible, she has been down right ignoring me for months.
