Updated 1/8/2025: still do not have my video or a refund. Multiple other women have come forward and said she has done the same thing to them since my wedding. It has been 2.5 months since Jen Peters met us in the gorge for family photos. She said the photos would be delivered digitally within a few weeks. We are very laid back and didn't mind waiting awhile, we were just hoping to get a few photos we could print and hang on our walls. Jen has since disappeared and stopped responding to texts and emails. My husband and I got married last October and we still do not have our wedding video. She final finished our photos four months after our wedding, but they were not all edited and we felt she missed a lot of key moments. Her communication is horrible, she has been down right ignoring me for months.
