Always a lovely experience to see what’s going on that amazing freezer and stock up. This is reliably the best salmon I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy. A pleasure to meet the folks in there, chat with the guys about the fish and thank them for what they do. IMO if you’re buying salmon it’s gotta be native caught and these folks have it dialed 🐟
