As an Alaska Native who grew up eating smoked salmon, I was so excited when we found this gem of a store here in Washington. Their alder smoked Chinook salmon is absolutely delicious. I love that they also have some lower salt smoked fish for people like my husband who are on a low-sodium diet.
🤌Some of the best smoked salmon in the state of Washington! 🏞️🛑We stop here for a couple of filets every time we go to Gifford Pinchot National Forest. 🤝Top notch service and fair market prices. 🤤We brought home the Indian Candy Steelhead and Black Pepper Chinook this time! 🌟Five big stars! Always a lovely experience to see what’s going on that amazing freezer and stock up. This is reliably the best salmon I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy. A pleasure to meet the folks in there, chat with the guys about the fish and thank them for what they do. IMO if you’re buying salmon it’s gotta be native caught and these folks have it dialed 🐟
