I love the store and friendly staff
New customer. If you love bird feeding, nature and finding unique awesome gifts and lots of Canadian made products this is the store to shop. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and knew their stuff and the customer service was excellent. Really enjoyed my shopping trip. My new go to store! AM
As a frequent shopper and someone who travels from Oakville we were shocked when we discovered they were out of stick a popular bird seed. When the cashier asked if he could sell two 20 lb bags for a 40 lbs the “person” in the back said “no” we have more coming tomorrow. Not very good customer service as we come often and even signed up as a frequent buyer. Guess we have to find a more customer service friendly store.
Love this place. Great selection of feed and super service. Been long time customers!
