bought some vapes from norwalk Location, ebcreate vapes, full stocked shelf, tried them and both tasted like chemical or a hydraulic fluid, took them back workers refused to refund or even exchange for equal value despite they tasted like chemicals, it's funny other places have WAY over the top customer service and atleast offer a refund and or an exchange. well wild bills you lost a customer for selling tainted products. So thank you Norwalk,Ohio location!

I've been with Wild Bill's since the month the store in Commerce on Union Lake Rd. Opened and encouraged and waited till the store on Cooley Lake Rd. Opened during Covid. I've been familiar with each manager and most every employee since the second day the store opened. I will not return !! I have called corporate in Troy, and have not received a return call. I have been a customer for almost two decades and I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS OF $106.00 PER WEEK, SOMEWHERE ELSE.
