Went to owosso location and bought an item last night. Before purchasing i specifically asked the assistant manager on dutty if i bought the item and ended up not needing it if i could return said item as long as I had my receiot for my money back. She told me yes. I then go this morning to return said item and am told by the store manager I can only exchange or receive store credit. I've been with Wild Bill's since the month the store in Commerce on Union Lake Rd. Opened and encouraged and waited till the store on Cooley Lake Rd. Opened during Covid. I've been familiar with each manager and most every employee since the second day the store opened. I will not return !! I have called corporate in Troy, and have not received a return call. I have been a customer for almost two decades and I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS OF $106.00 PER WEEK, SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We were told my service animal wasn’t Allowed in the store with me at all. My husband and I aren’t happy with this she has been going in with us for a long time. She wasn’t even walking around my husband was holding her for me

I have been calling since the end of October. Had my privacy violated repeatedly. Call to have this dealt with.And nobody will call back.They are not taking it very seriously they are allowing people to violate your privacy do not go to wild bills.Do not use their account system.They allow their employees to look your personal information up address and phone number.
