As a parent, choosing a daycare is never easy—especially after 15 years. I absolutely love Wilcox! My oldest two sons went here and I loved it so much that when it was time to apply for my youngest, Wilcox was the only school I would put on the list. OneApp kept telling me there were other schools with openings, but I did not care! I waited for an opening and I’m so happy I did. They are professional, but personable and communication is excellent. These ladies really went above and beyond for my oldest when he had a seizure, which I can never repay them for! Would never send my child to this daycare. The classroom the bears is always cold during the winter and hot in the summer. None of the outlet in the classroom work. The owner have a nasty attitude and she don't care about the center only the money. Will be calling state about the classroom temperature. The director always on her phone and have a attitude when a parent is trying to talked to her about a concern. I assume one of the teachers that her friend because she is always in the office. I truly love this environment, great staff, Mr & Mrs Wilcox are wonderful people to be employed with. This is a great place to find workplace opportunities in Early Childcare and growth in this field. This is a true family based organization I love it here
