My mom and I tried to set up an appointment with Vicki Wilcox to update her will and Trust (i.e. her estate planning), after receiving a recommendation for this firm. My mom, who is in her 90s and doing well for her age but can't drive and has difficulty hearing, wanted me, who is the executor of her will and has power of attorney, to attend the meetings and help her in the process. Horrible service, poor communication and a very rude receptionist. I made an appointment months ago, due to their long wait time, and was never asked if we were married. Today, a day before the appointment, I volunteered that information and was told their office policy is that they will not see a couple jointly unless they are married. We have been together 30 years, how ridiculous.
